My fashionista friends have told me that nautical stripes, pastels and Dutch clog shoes are really hip this year but these bad boys kind of look like what Mickey Mouse might have worn these...if he weren't stuck in the same clothing that he's worn since the 1930's.

Ever wake up one morning, try to find something to wear and decide on an outfit that looks kind of like something Mickey would wear?  Coincidence?  I think not!  Sara picked out this outfit and noted that her combo of black tights and white shoes made her look a little like a classic cartoon character.

If you ask any of my friends, they'll all tell you "Man, all Matt ever does is spend his free time looking for a Mickey Mouse shaped cookie charm!".  Well, my days of annoying my friends and loved ones with junk food shaped jewelry have come to an end!

Medicom Toys, a Japanese company, produces a number of semi-artsy figures featuring Mickey Mouse and in this one, we couldn't help but notice how huge Mickey's feet are. And you know what they say about big feet, right?  Yea, nothing.

Saw a familiar looking shape flashing on the side of the MGM Grand while on vacation in Vegas!

No sooner than when we posted Nicola's shadow box, did we get a message from Andy about his shadow box that he made from his time as a Cast Member.  I guess in addition to Disney geeks also liking pin trading, picking red, black and yellow as colors for everything and crafts, Disney Geeks also like to one-up each other.  Nice work Andy!

Certain things go hand in hand with being a Disney geek... pin trading, picking red, black and yellow as colors for everything and of course, crafts.  Here's a shadow box that Nicola made out of Disney trinkets.

This was too irrisistable to pass up.  We'll be leaving for DIsney World in a couple weeks, and I thought this was  great way to bring a little bit of Disneyland with me.

For all I know it's going to make me smell like a yeti in heat.  I guess I better watch my back when I'm in Disney's Animal Kingdom.  :o
